Contract Manufacturing Wire
- Drawing and peeling: Diameter range: 4.5 – 7.0 mm, coil-to-coil processing up to max. 1.500 kg
- Straightening and cutting to length: Diameter range: 2.0 – 12.0 mm
- Bar grinding: Diameter range: 1.0 – 10.0 mm, bar length up to max. 4.000 mm
- Chamfering of bars: Single- or double-sided, starting at minimum diameter of 1.5 mm upwards
- Heat treatment: Continuous annealing for diameters 0.10 – 2.80 mm or hydrogen bell annealing of wire rings in coils
- Eddy current crack testing of bars: Diameter range: 1.6 – 10.0 mm
Contract Manufacturing Cold Rolled Strip
- Cold rolled strip of small batches: Thickness range: 0.10 – 5.5 mm, width range: 45 – 380 mm
- Belt grinding: Thickness range: 0.15 – 2.8 mm, width range: 100 – 300 mm
- Slitting: Thickness range: 0.10 – 2.5 mm, width range: 5 – 420 mm
- Heat treatment: Hydrogen bell annealing of coils
- Hardening and tempering: Thickness range: 0.10 – 1.0 mm, width range: 2.8 – 40 mm
- Oscillating winding / Slitting onto spools: Thickness range: 0.10 – 1.0 mm, width range: 2.8 – 40 mm
- Edge rounding: Thickness range: 0.10 – 0.80 mm, width range: 3 – 40 mm
